There is a <{tag}> with autoplay and no mute.

Why it matters

Unexpected audio talks over the screen reader and makes the page unreadable until it can be stopped. Finding the pause button without seeing the screen, while it is playing, is exactly as hard as it sounds.

How to fix it

Remove autoplay, or add muted. If you need automatic playback, keep it under three seconds or give it a stop control at the top of the page.
