In short: you pay monthly to have your sites watched, you cancel whenever you like from your own account, and we do not promise you comply with the law because no automated tool can know that. The rest is set out below.

Who you are contracting with
The Accy service is provided by the party identified in the legal notice, reachable at info@autoritasai.com. These terms govern the paid plans; the free scan requires neither a contract nor an account.
What you are buying
An automated web accessibility monitoring service. Depending on the plan, we periodically scan up to a set number of pages on the sites you specify, compare each run with the previous one, and email you when something gets worse. The limits and frequency of each plan are set out on the pricing page and form part of this contract.
What you are NOT buying
Accy does not, and cannot, guarantee that your site complies with the law. No automated tool detects more than 30-40% of WCAG criteria: the rest requires a person testing the site with a keyboard and a screen reader. A scan finding no barrier does not mean there is none.
The reports, scores and accessibility statement the tool generates are technical assistance, not legal advice and not a certification. Responsibility for your site’s compliance remains yours.
Price, VAT and invoicing
Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your country. If you are a business with a valid VAT number in another Member State, the sale is invoiced under the reverse charge and no tax is added. Billing is monthly and in advance, renewing automatically until you cancel.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your invoices are always available in the billing portal, reachable from your account.
Term and cancellation
There is no minimum term. The subscription renews monthly and you can cancel at any time from your account, with no explanation and no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: the service continues until then and you are not charged again.
We may suspend or close an account that uses the service to scan sites it neither owns nor manages, that attempts to overload the infrastructure, or that breaches these terms. In that case the unused portion is refunded pro rata.
Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. Because the service begins immediately, by subscribing you expressly agree that performance starts before that period ends and acknowledge that, once fully performed, the right of withdrawal is lost. If you withdraw within those 14 days with the service already running, you are charged only for the proportion supplied.
To withdraw, simply write to info@autoritasai.com. Most businesses subscribing to Accy are not consumers and this section does not apply to them.
Acceptable use
You may only ask us to scan sites you own or manage with authorisation. Our crawler always identifies itself and keeps a modest pace; we do not use it to evade protections or disguise who it is, and neither may you.
Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our breach of this contract, capped at what you paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for penalties, claims or losses arising from your site’s (non-)compliance with accessibility law, for the reason set out above: the tool cannot determine that compliance. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
The service is provided with the reasonable care of an online service, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. A scan can fail because the site is unreachable or blocks the crawler; that is recorded in the history.
Changes
If we change these terms or your plan’s price, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. The change applies at your next renewal; if it does not suit you, cancel before that date and the new amount is not charged.
Governing law and complaints
Spanish law applies. If you contract as a consumer you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence, and you may use the European online dispute resolution platform. Before that, write to us: almost everything is settled by email.
These terms are written to describe what the service actually does, not to armour us. They are not legal advice, and a lawyer should review them before real invoices start.
