Image button with no alternative text
WCAG 1.1.1, 4.1.2 (A) · EN 301 549 9.1.1.1
There is an <input type="image"> with no alt.
Why it matters
That element is a button that submits the form, not decoration. With no alt, a screen reader user hears "button" and nothing else: they cannot tell whether it searches, adds to the basket, or deletes their account.
How to fix it
Put the action in the alt, not a description of the drawing: alt="Search", not alt="magnifying glass".
