Text in another language not marked up

Some links point at another language (hreflang="{hreflang}") without declaring the language of their own text.

Why it matters

The language switcher is the classic case: the word "Deutsch" inside an English page is read with English phonetics and comes out unintelligible.

Add lang to the element containing text in the other language.

As it is

<a href="/de" hreflang="de">Deutsch</a>

As it should be

<a href="/de" hreflang="de" lang="de">Deutsch</a>
