There is a <video> with no captions track.

Why it matters

Without captions the video does not exist for anyone who cannot hear. Nor for the majority of people browsing on a phone with the sound off, which is nearly everyone.

How to fix it

Add a <track kind="captions"> with a WebVTT file. If the video is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, turn captions on there and proofread them: the automatic ones are usually wrong.
