Element marked decorative but actually interactive
WCAG 4.1.2 (A) · EN 301 549 9.4.1.2
An element with role="presentation" or role="none" can receive focus or has a name.
Why it matters
It is a contradiction: you are telling the browser the element means nothing, yet it is focusable or labelled. Browsers ignore the role in that case, so the result is unpredictable.
How to fix it
Decide: if it is decorative, remove the focusability and the label; if it is interactive, drop the presentation role and give it the right one.
