Missing main heading, or more than one
WCAG 1.3.1, 2.4.6 (A) · EN 301 549 9.1.3.1
The page has no h1, or has several.
Why it matters
The h1 says what the page is about. Without one, a screen reader user has no clear starting point; with several, they cannot tell which is the main one.
The h1 is also one of the most basic SEO signals. A product page with no h1 competes worse.
How to fix it
Keep exactly one h1 per page, carrying the page’s real name: the product name on a product page, the category name on a listing.
