The page has no <main>, or has more than one.
Why it matters
The "skip to main content" shortcut is the fastest way past the navigation, which repeats identically on every page. Without <main> that shortcut does not exist and the whole menu has to be tabbed through each time.
How to fix it
Wrap the page’s own content (not the header, navigation or footer) in a single <main>.
