The viewport tag blocks zoom ({value}).
Why it matters
Plenty of people zoom in on their phone to read. Blocking it for design reasons simply cuts them off from the content. The standard requires zooming to at least 200%.
How to fix it
Remove user-scalable=no and any maximum-scale below 2.
